Ingredients For The Pancake:
- 1 Potato,grated ( prefer sweet potato).
- 1 Onion,grated
- 1 Egg
- Pinch Of Salt
- Pinch Of Pepper
- 1 Tbs Of Yogurt or Fresh Cream

Method For The Pancake:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Take a pan and add two tbs oil.
- Once heated drop two or three 1/4 cup mounds,and flatten to make 1/2 inch thick pancakes.
For The Fruit Salad :
- Take any three or five seasonal fruits of your choice,cut them into small pieces and toss them with 1 tbs of lemon juice,1tbs of ginger juice,few drops of honey and a pinch of salt.
- Serve it with the Potato Pancake.
