Ingredients:
- 4 Hard boiled eggs
- 1 boiled potato,diced
- 2Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbs Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs white Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper,according to taste
Method :
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks with a help of a fork or spoon in a bowl.
- Add the diced potatoes,mustard,mayonnaise,vinegar,salt and pepper in a bowl,bring in the egg yolks and mix well.
- Stuff the yolk mixture into the eggs and serve.
