The king of Fruit-Mangoes are in season again. With Mangoes one can make endless dishes,so today I am sharing a very simple recipe of a Cake which I topped with Sliced Mangoes.I loved the outcome and I am sure that your family and friends are going to enjoy this recipe too.

Ingredients:
- 2 Mangoes cut into small thin pieces
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbs Vanilla Essence
- 150 gm Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 2 Cup Flour
- 2 Tbs Baking Powder
- 3/4 Cup Milk

Method :
- Line base and sides of a 9'' oval tin,or any other shape of your choice.
- Beat eggs,essence and sugar till fluffy.
- Add oil and mix well.
- Sift Flour and Baking powder together.
- Add Flour and milk to mixture and beat well to get a thick batter.
- Top cake mixture with the sliced Mangoes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degree C for 1 hour. Insert knife or skewer in center of the cake,if it comes out clean remove the tin from oven.Cool the Cake in the pan and then remove the tin.
- Decorate with Mango Slices if you want.
