Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Coriander paste
- Ginger Garlic Paste 3 Tbs
- 1 Large Onion Paste
- Green Chillies 4-5
- Red Chili Powder 1 Tbs
- Charcoal Pieces 3-4
- Salt and Black Pepper as per taste

- In a pan heat 2Tbs Oil and add the ginger garlic paste along with the onion paste. Stir till the raw smell of the paste disappear.
- Add the Chicken Pieces and stir well. Add the coriander paste and the green chili paste.Stir for another 5 mints then add some water and salt.
- Cover the led of the Pan and let the chicken blend with the masalas.
- Meanwhile heat the charcoal Pieces till it evoke enough smoke for the aroma.
- Once the chicken is ready ladle it in a plate or a bowl and then take the charcoal pieces in a aluminium sheet and place it beside the Chicken in the same bowl.
- Now cover the bowl for at least 20 mints.
- After 20 mints when you remove the led you can smell the earthy aroma of the charcoals coming from the dish.
- Enjoy the smoked chicken with any Indian Bread.
