Recipe of Chicken ball curry
This is among those recipes for which one don't have to spend hours in the kitchen. This dish is very simple and yet very delicious.
Ingredients:
- 500 gms of chicken keema
- 3 large onions ( paste)
- 1 tbs cumin powder
- 1 tbs coriander powder
- 4 Tbls ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tbs red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbs black pepper
- little turmuric powder
- salt and sugar according to your taste
- 1 tbs flour
- Baking powder
- Breadcrumb
- Oil to fry
How to make:

Add the onions and ginger garlic paste
to the keema along with the pepper and pinch of salt and sugar.
· Add some baking powder and flour,then make a dough of the keema by mixing
all these ingredients.

with your hand make round balls out of the keema.

In a shallow pan add some water and bring it to boil.
· Add the balls to the boiling water and let balls be in the water for 2 to 3 mints.
. Then take out the balls from the water and roll over the breadcrumbs.
. Deep fry the balls and keep it aside.
For the gravy

Add oil in a pan and once heated add the other half of the onion paste.

When onions start getting brown then add the ginger garlic paste along with the
tomato paste
· Stir for 3 mints then add the red chilli powder with salt and sugar.
· After string for another couple of mints add the fried ball.
· Mix the balls well with the masala.
· Add the chicken stock.
· Bring it to boil for at least for 5 mints.
· Put the meat ball curry in a wide bowl.
