But we also cant ignore the fact that morning is the time when we can spent the least time in the kitchen that is the reason why most of us leave home with a bite of bread toast or cornflakes at the most . All I want to say I guess that we can make our breakfast more tastier and easier. Pan cake is one such recipe which really takes a very little time to cook and contains almost all the nutrient value that is required to start a healthy day.

Ingredients:
- Milk 2 Cup
- Maida 4cup
- 1/2 Tbs Vanilla essence
- 2 Eggs
- Sugar or Honey according to your taste
- Cream 1 Tbs

Method :
- Take a shallow bowl and 2cup of flour.
- Add the eggs and beat well.
- Thereafter add the Vanilla Essence and Milk.
- Beat the mixture well and add the sugar or honey.
- Lastly add the cream.
- Once the mixture is ready keep it aside.
- Take a pan put some oil.
- Now take a spoon and spread the mixture in the pan.
- Fry both the side equally.
