Recipe Of Spaghetti With Chicken And Baby Corn

Nothing goes better than Spaghetti with homemade meat balls and a glass of red wine. A perfect combination to complement your weekend. As we all know that Spaghetti is a classic Italian dish which can be enjoyed with various ingredients like Cheese,Veggies,Chicken and Herbs. This time I added some bell peppers and boiled American Sweet Corns to this dish to satisfy my urge to bring a twist to almost every  gourmet dish.

Spaghetti With Chicken And Baby Corn

Ingredients :

  • Spaghetti 
  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Capsicum
  • Chicken Keema
  • Boiled American Baby Corn
  • Chilli Sauce
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt To Taste

 Method:

  • To prepare the chicken keema first add the ginger garlic paste to the keema along with salt and black pepper. Mix the keema well with the ingredients and keep it aside.
  • In a pan spray some extra Virgin olive oil and once heated add the Keema and stir well.
  • After frying the keema ladle it down in a bowl.

  •  For the Spaghetti take a pan and pour 4 cups of water and bring it to boil. Once the water begins to boil add the spaghetti and all the veggies along with the baby corns. Let it boil for 5 mints then add Tomato and Chilli Sauce.Stir well , once boiled ladle it down in a shallow bowl.
  • Now mix the keema with Spaghetti and spread 2 tbs of olive oil from above.
